Thought I was going to get an injection today but have to wait for insurance to clear. I drove an hour and a half and now have to go back. Why couldn’t they have checked my insurance before I got there today?*

Busy office. I don’t like how staff rushes patients. When getting a procedure done, I would appreciate numbing injection to actually work not just jump in and do procedure. It doesn’t help..at all. Most staff are kind when arriving to facility.*

My experience here is always a 10 the staff is nice and friendly always. And Dr. Tse is the best he actually listens to you. I travel over an hour because I didn’t want to find another pain management dr because I like who I have. *
