We offer many different treatment options for you. Your individual treatment plan will be decided after reviewing any past medical records such as MRI’s, and a consultation complete with physical exam and any other needed diagnostic testing.
All procedures are performed on an out-patient basis at one of our 3 convenient facilities.
Treatment guidelines and goals are discussed with the patient and family. Our ultimate goal is to alleviate your pain by utilizing the latest in pain medicine technology.
Insurance
Our office accepts most major insurances including:
- Medicare
- Worker’s Compensation
- Most Private Insurances and Medicare HMO plans to include, United Healthcare, Amerigroup, Aetna, PHCS, Wellcare Healthplans, Staywell Healthplans, Citrus Healthcare, Cigna Healthcare and more.
- Auto Insurance
If you have Private Insurance, or have Medicare only, please be prepared to pay 20% of your bill. If you have not met your deductible, that also will be your responsibility. If you are unable to follow these terms at the time of service, please contact the billing office in advance and we will work with you.
Our Staff
Our Physician, Dr. Robert A. Hamilton, has been working exclusively with patients in pain for more than 30 years. He is a pioneer in the field of Interventional Pain Medicine. That experience enhances and provides for the ability to tailor a treatment program for each individual patient’s needs like few other programs in the field.
